Report local AI visibility with the answer attached
An AI visibility report is more useful when a client can see the question, answer, sources and action behind the score. Use the same evidence standard across locations and repeat the same setup when comparing dates.
A four-step reporting workflow
- 01
Choose a question set for each location
Use category and location questions a real customer might ask. Keep branded questions separate: naming the client in a prompt changes what the result means. Record the exact prompt and geography.
- 02
Capture each answer with its context
Record the provider, date, model or configuration when known, business mentions, competing businesses and citation URLs. Mark empty or failed answers separately from answers that simply omit the client.
- 03
Check the source before recommending a fix
Open the cited page. Is the client actually mentioned? Are the address, services and contact details current? If no source is cited, investigate the client website and profiles directly rather than assuming a missing listing.
- 04
Report observations and actions together
Show the prompt-level evidence, what changed on a public source, who owns the next action and the next comparable scan date. A score change is a prompt-sample change, not a measured increase in leads.
What Uprity can show
Its scan records sampled prompts, detected mentions, answer snippets, cited domains when available and a directional score. The published methodology explains how the score is calculated and where it can mislead.
What to state separately
Search Console indexing, website visits, calls and booked work need their own measurements. A sampled AI answer is not a complete view of every user, and citations do not prove which source caused a mention.
Keep client recommendations grounded
When a source contains incorrect facts, propose the exact correction and identify who controls it. When the scan lacks evidence, say “not checked” and verify the client's website or listing before assigning work. This keeps the report useful even when AI answers change between runs.
For Google AI search specifically, Google's guidance points back to ordinary crawlability, helpful content and current Business Profile details; it does not promise placement from a particular optimization.
